With grades due Monday, I have been grading quite a bit this week. I planned it out so that I can grade 20 papers today and almost as many tomorrow. Today, I am already almost halfway through them. I started at 9 this morning and won’t stop until it’s time to get ready for my friend’s get-together at 7:30. I’m even 30 minutes ahead!

I feel somewhat strange today. Last night we skipped our play because Justin was too tired, which is understandable (mainly due to Danforth and webhosting). So, we watched the latest installment of Lost (thank you, ABC!) and fell asleep on the couch. At 5:30. Sheesh. We stayed there until about 4 this morning, Justin sleeping soundly while I slept fitfully. Now my back hurts. Anyway, he got up at four and finished his Danforth readings, and I slept for two more hours in bed. No matter how much sleep one gets, 4 a.m. is just not right for a Saturday morning.

So, now I am grading and Justin is at Danforth. It’s the theme for this year, I must say. More news when the grading is complete. I just need to make it through Monday…..
